Static IP for Multcloud

I'm trying to connect to an FTP server that sits behind a firewall. I need to approve the login from Multcloud on the firewall which requires me to provide a static IP address.

Can anyone advise what the static IP address might be?

    Hello,

    If the IP address of MultCloud Server is restricted by FTP Server’s firewall and cannot be connected, please add the IP sections (209.126.103.1/19) to your white list of your FTP firewall's page.
