Apple iCloud Connection

I am trying to connect my apple account to Mulltcloud. It asks for Display Name, Apple ID and Password. I presume that is the Apple Account Password - but all I see is an error message: "Some parameters are not entered correctly" I am 100% certain the ID and password match. Any ideas?

@firstray There is a pop-up window in MultCloud for the verification code.
Please make sure you enable 2FA.
