Apple iCloud Connection

I am trying to connect my apple account to Mulltcloud.

It asks for Display Name, Apple ID and Password.

I presume that is the Apple Account Password - but all I see is an error message:

"Some parameters are not entered correctly"

I am 100% certain the ID and password match.

Any ideas?

  • @Andy_AVITS The issue is that Apple changed its code and protocol.
Our technicians are analyzing and trying to fix this issue.
    And, it might take time.
You may wait days and retry.
  • I have exactly the same issue. Only just started using MultiCloud and havent subscribed yet as need apple to work 100%

  • @storm1960 There is indeed an issue with iCloud because of Apple's code change. Our technicians will fix this issue and it will take days.
  • @Admin

Can you help? Issue is happening again
  • I am also having this issue; adding a comment to receive updates.
  • Same here. The only reason I bought the product was for OneDrive to iCloud migration. Will seek refund if not fixed soon.

@AdminAs of today, no changes yet?
  • I'm beginning to think this is a scam to gather credentials.  You can't sync iCloud to non apple devices.
  • @daft_dog No, it will not gather credentials. It is safe to transfer with MultCloud.
It is able to transfer iCloud to another cloud drive.
If the sync failed, please email [email protected] for further assistance and help you finish the data sync.
  • I requested a refund and it was done. I just confirmed on my bank account.
  • Hi guys, I’ve been able to add my iCloud account to multcloud but unfortunately my files within iCloud are failing to be accessed in multcloud, Is there a workaround for this please?
  • @Goodc2 This issue should be solved. You can re-add the cloud and try again.
If the problem remains, please email [email protected] and offer a screenshot of the issue for further assistance.
  • Seems like it is working again. Re-added the iCloud, works fine

Problem not resolved, cannot add iCloud Drive. Error Message : Some parameters are not entered correctly. I know ID & Password are correct. When will this be resolved. Thanks.

  • @cornelius Please make sure you can log in iCloud Drive official page with the same account and password.
And, please turn on the two-factor authentication.
And, please check if you enable the "Advanced Data Protection".
If yes, please turn it off otherwise it is unable to add.
Also, please enable "Access iCloud Data on the web".
