Transfer versus Backup

New user, with unlimited account... I want to duplicate my 1.5TB Dropbox into a folder on Google Drive.
Should I use Backup or Transfer? What's the difference?

, We suggest that you use the Transfer feature. It is faster.
If you want to continue to transfer the changed data from the folder and retain the history version of files, you can use Backup feature.
