Transfer stuck 'counting files'

Trying to transfer from Backblaze to Google Drive. Connection appears to be successful but, when transfer starts, it won't progress beyond 'counting files... (31files, 0Bytes)'

I have a paid unlimited subscription.

Any suggestions please?
