FTP server: "Failed to list files"

I have an FTP Server which is accessible from my computer or online FTP client services. 

However, Multcloud fails to connect to it. 

I have entered everything correctly, but It doesnt seem to be my fault. 


The FTP server is hosted by serenityservers.net

It could be possible that they blocked the Multcloud IP, but why would they do that?

I just want to back up my game servers to google drive, which Multcloud is absolutely perfect for. 


Ill contact the hoster too, maybe it is just a firewall preventing this from working.

    I have not yet contacted the hoster because there doesnt seem to be any problem with the FTP and my FTP login has full permission. Other online FTP services can list the files without any issues.
