All sync tasks stuck at "Being synchronized: Is about to start running" and status "waiting"

Hi All,


Having this issue since yesterday, sync tasks just seem to hang and do not start... anyone have any clues?

    Same issue here

    Based on this case,how many sync tasks did you create? For sync task,MultCloud supports to run 2 tasks at the same time so other tasks are waiting.If your first task is waiting,please delete all tasks first and retry it.

    I am having the same issue. Just bought 200 GB plan. And it keeps saying 0 bytes/200GB . No progress.

    Strangely enough. It does seem to be working and responding normally on a free account. But does not work or respond on a paid account.  I have already contacted support but have not received any reply yet.
