Threads and Speed, VIP vs. FREE

Hi -


I signed up for the premium service.


However, I seem to be only getting an average of 500k/s speed when even syncing files within my same cloud (OneDrive).


Strangely, if I manually "copy" (via Multcloud web GUI) the same file from source to destination (within OneDrive), it copies considerably faster.


I really want to use the scheduled Syncs, but the speed is so much slower than if I do so manually.


Also, is 500k/s really the best speed for a VIP member? -- My PC uploads to OneDrive at 4-5Mb/s; but, then MultCloud only can transfer files within OneDrive at 500k/s (barely 10% my upload speed).


What about threads? -- Where can I see how many threads I am actually using?

    I UPGRADED AND THE SPEED IS PATHETIC--3.5MB/s  so I AM TRYING TO MOVE 5gb FROM ONEDRIVE TO ONEDRIVE--AND THAT TAKES A HALF AN HOUR???  WHAT A RIP OFF--I WILL BE CANCELLING MY UPGRADE AT THE END OF THE MONTH. I ACTUALLY NEED TO MOVE 800gb MORE AND WE ARE TALKING  A FEW DAYS IF EVERYTHING GOES PERFECT.
