Task is stuck for 5 days now no response from support email

My task copying data from flickr to google drive has been stuck on 36.4% for 5 days now. Can anyone let me know why?

Hello , i got tasks and they are waiting , it says waiting for another one to be finish where all finished,  it looks like 20 days no reply ?
