Does not transfer, only copies

I have used the transfer function to transfer my one onedrive to another onedrive.  It completed with "success", and all the file are in the new location.  However, it is still in the previous onedrive.  I then tried with one file - to transfer to dropbox - and it only copies, it does not transfer or move.
