How to transfer files from one Dropbox account to another Dropbox account

I think I have been following directions but it doesn't seem to work.  Dropbox 1 and Dropbox 2 seem to have the same files in both.  Also, when I try to transfer a file MultCloud says the file is already in the Dropbox and asks to cancel or replace the existing file.  HELP!
