Exceeded Maximum Number of Tasks

I have a rather new annual account.  I've transferred many folders and
files from MediaFire to GoogleDrive.  After 100 tasks, I got the
following message when I tried to process my 101st task:  "You have
exceeded your maximum number of tasks."  I didn't know there was a
maximum.  How do I increase that?  I've eMailed the so-called support
center, but have been ignored.  Can anyone shed some light on this
blockage problem?  Thanks.
