Membership plan issue

Dear Support Team,

I cannot start my membership plan for some reasons, I keep getting a message that my subscription is under your review.
Please check this issue at your earliest conveience and advise how soon my account can be activiated with the premium plan.

  • @valueflux We check all your order status are "Order Scheduled for Decline". You can contact your card issuer and Cleverbridge for more details. Or, you might try another payment method.
    And, our support will reply this issue through email.
