iCloud Photos to Drop Box - Stalling

Trying to transfer 156GB of photos / videos from iCloud Photos to Drop Box. Drop Box has the capacity and access to both clouds is good. MultCloud initiated the transfer however it appears to stall around 9% of the way in and shows files scrollingthrough the transfer window but only 0% complete for each file.

    mik The transfer actually failed because of the error "Failed to upload, cause by too many requests to Dropbox, please try again later.".
    There are too many files, which reaches the limit of Dropbox.
    We advise you to wait hours and restart the task.
