Multiple Transfer Failures on MultCloud

Hello ,
I have been experiencing repeated failures when transferring files from Google Drive to another destination using your platform. Initially, I attempted to transfer the entire root folder in one operation, but the process stopped with an error. Next, I tried splitting the transfer into smaller folders, yet several tasks are still failing (please see the attached screenshot).

this happned with "Cloud Transfer" but also with "Cloud Backup"

    Could you please advise on how to resolve these issues or let me know if there are any settings/limits that need adjusting for such a large volume of data?

    • honestly I feel like google has flagged my account and stopped from moving file for X hours
    • carminoski We check the newest error message is "User rate limit exceeded."---This error is Google's limit you know MultCloud is using Google's API. If our requests are too frequent then it would display that error message.
      The daily upload quota for a use account or how it′s calculated is not public. This limit is reset at around midnight PST so if this is the issue you're running into, it can be resolved simply by continuing the transfer tomorrow after the limit has reset.
