stuck at "Waiting"...

Dear Multcloud Forum members,
I have several transfers setup from some folders in a personal google drive going over to.
The transfers have been stuck at "Waiting..." for the last 1 week.
I purchased an unlimited annual license, so there shouldn't be any issues with the amount of data.
Please help me with this issue.

    @PCViana For the waiting issue, it might take time to count data. If it does not move forward for such a long time, you may just cancel and restart it manually.
    And, our customer service also replied to your issue. Please just check the response.
