Webdav to Mega

Having an issue transferring files from a webdav connection to Mega. the transfers keep failling. I've tried direct transfer and Syncing.
Both attempts keep stopping at 20% with only 15 files appearing on Mega.

    @ aportable We check your task failed with the error "-4:You have exceeded your command weight per time quota. Please wait a few seconds, then try again (this should never happen in sane real-life applications).".
    This error was reported by Mega.
    We advise you to wait hours and retry.
