Onedrive>Google Photos Sync Help

edited October 27 in Seek Help
I have 10 folders on onedrive and 10 "albums" on Google Photos, which I want to sync from Onedrive to Google.
First I get the message that it will only work with google albums created from wihtin MultCloud - which isn't too bad as I can remake the folders/albums from within MiltCloud.

Second, I create a "test1" folder/album from within MultCloud, and try to set up a sync from onedrive to that folder, but am getting a failure for each file attempted: http response 401.

Also - how to I change my "personal" onedrive online service to a different account (I need to change from "work or school account" to "personal" account" - both have the same login details")? Not sure if above issue is because I have my personal onedrive listed under onedrive for business in MultCloud, and my work Onedrive as Personal,so I'd like to fix that. Whenever I try to re-add my personal onedrive acct to multcloud, it automatically re-logs in using my existing "work or school account", which I don't want. I can't "cancel" and "user other account" quickly enough before it automatically logs in with to the same account again.

  • @guycarnegie "First I get the message that it will only work with google albums created from wihtin MultCloud - which isn't too bad as I can remake the folders/albums from within MiltCloud."---It is related to the limitation of Google Photos:
    1. The "Photos" directory can only store images, videos and other media files, but not directories.
    2. The "Albums" directory can only store album directories, but not media files
If you use cloud sync feature, you need to select a folder as the source (under the folder there must be image files, no more subfolders.) and select the Google Photos "Albums" as the destination directory.
"Second, I create a "test1" folder/album from within MultCloud, and try to set up a sync from onedrive to that folder, but am getting a failure for each file attempted: http response 401"---You can just retry the task again.
"Also - how to I change my "personal" onedrive online service to a different account (I need to change from "work or school account" to "personal" account" - both have the same login details")?"---Both accounts should be with different emails and passwords.
You can add both accounts separately. (If that does not work, please first log in the official page of OneDrive, change the password, and then log out. Then, you can add the other account in MultCloud.)
