Premium Speed little faster than Free Service (Dropbox to Google Drive)

I am trying to transfer serveral files which range from 10 to 20GB in size. I am finding that the transfer speeds are slower than I expected (2MB/s), which is more than acceptable for a free service. When I paid for the Premium service I expected the transfer speed to increase significantly to something like 10 times faster, but the speeds don't seem to have changed.
