Realtime sync (one-way)

@Admin I setup a real time (one-way) sync between a dropbox folder as the source and a google workplace shared drive folder as the target. Folders and files that I add, modify and delete in the source folder are not syncing to the target folder. When I look at the source folder from my multcloud dashboard and refresh it I can see the changes, but the real time sync still does not occur.

The only way I can get the sync to occur is by pausing and restarting the real time sync.

Is this a recurring problem?

@kdm There is indeed such an issue sometimes.

Our technicians will also optimize this issue.

You can temporarily pause the task and start it manually to sync the changed data.
