SHARED FOLDERS ON GOOGLE DRIVE NOT SEE

There are some folders within the folders shared by third parties with me that I can easily see and explore when I use Google Drive, but I cannot see these within Multcloud.

How to solve? Thanks in advance

    @GRPP Please offer us some screenshots of the shared files in Google official page and in MultCloud so we will check it.
    BTW, if you need to check the shared files in MultCloud, you need to add the account through "SharedWithMe" and then check if you can access these files/folders.
