Transfer from IDrive to OneDrive

In this How to it is described how to transfer from IDrive to OneDrive
I can't seem to get it working with IDrive Cloud Backup. I know IDrive e2 is supported, but that is not what this How to is about.

What am I doing wrong here?

    @xsing iDrive e2 is supported.
    If it does not work, is there any error message?
    You can offer us a screenshot of the problem/error so we will check and help you further.

    I am referring to IDrive Cloud Backup as mentioned in the How to explanation.
    I know e2 is supported, but the How to is about the IDrive (without the e2). There are even screenshots of the standard IDrive in the How to.

    @xsing, Sorry that MultCloud currently doesn't support iDrive(without the e2).
