Cloud to NAS syncs not completing

Hi all,

I have set up 3 cloud sync tasks, from SharePoint to NAS.

The first task has completed to 99% and is now stalled for days with no movement, and only says:

Files Processed: 86833/115495

Data Processed: 513.69GB/539.38GB

Progress: 99%

The second task has seemingly completed to 100% but has also stalled, and says:

Files Processed: 75998/76018

Data Processed: 613.57GB/629.15GB
Progress: 100%

The third task isn't going anywhere as seemingly only two tasks can run concurrently.

There doesn't seem to be a way to give the running tasks a kick, so they finish. The only option available is to cancel them.

There doesn't seem to be a log viewer either, to see why the tasks aren't completing.

There doesn't seem to be any lever or action to resolve any issues with tasks - other than cancelling them.

Anyone has any ideas how to resolve this, without starting over?

@joorev Our technicians check the task failed due to a network time out. You can just restart the task and we check the task is running normally.
