Very slow transfer rate

Running a backup or sync- and the rate is sometimes as low as 50kbps. Can someone please assist.

     @pdcom About the transfer speed, it depends on many factors, such as the size of the files being transferred, the Internet connection, the API restrictions of the cloud providers to third-party services like MultCloud and so on.
