Special Character codes?

Is there a list somewhere of what the special characters rename to if im migrating from box to sharepoint? I checked the change special character box for transfers and have a bunch of files that need to be renamed but I don't know what the original character or special character was. They were changes to numbers for example # is changed to 0023 but i need to know what the other codes changed to.

    @Patrick, If files in the source cloud drive have special character in filename that is not allowed in the target cloud drive, the files will be renamed automatically during the transfer process and a log.html file will be created in the root directory on target cloud drive.
