All transfers stopped working

Hello,
I did a few transfers and they were successful. A few weeks later, I tried to do a few transfers and they all just sit there saying "waiting" and never do anything after counting files. I have unlimited account so Im not sure whats going on. Please help. I need to transfer asap.
I tried both email and cloud transfers and neither one works.

    @Jlagrone, please cancel "waiting" and run the task again.

    When I do what you state is a fix to cancel and rerun the task, I eventually get the same error. I have never been able to complete a single transfer. It never completes, even when I try to transfer a small amount of data. It always shows up and shows waiting
