IceDrive integration update #1

Like with adrive, add a tip for IceDrive and make it say that
"We support Subscription and Lifetime accounts but not free accounts at present."
Reason: IceDrive's Webdav access only works on subscription and lifetime accounts but not on free accounts and the IceDrive integration uses WebDav which free accounts doesn't support.
