CloudSync Sharepoint - Exclude sub folders

I have setup a test sync between 2 SharePoint sites. However the destination only requires a set of sub-folders to be synced. Source has folder A-E and sub folders 1-6 as an example. I only want sub folders 2,4,6 to sync across and rest to be ignored.

    @RobMCraig, MultCloud currently doesn't support excluding folders. We will consider adding the feature in the near future.
