iCloud Folder Problem

I completed a transfer from dropbox to iCloud (albeit with some errors) and have a problem: the folder (with all of the sub folders) shows correctly on the web interface for iCloud. but will not show up on my Mac (or any iOS devices). I've tried turning iCloud on and off, shifting the folder, showing hidden files etc, but to no avail. What am I missing?

    @Adammlowe, Please email the support team and offer your MultCloud account to check. And, please also take screenshots of the problem situation so that the support team to check it further.
