files with german characters like öäü stoping copies

I have problems to transfer files with german "Umlaute" like öüä.

either the transfer is not even starting (without error) or sometimes a transfer is starting, but it doesn't transfer these files.

A seperate copy in the file manager is giving a java.????.stream error

I dont have the rights or posibility to change the filenames.

BTW: i run into it with a transfer from a FTP-server to MEGA and/or google drive

Thanks for looking into it, but the log is empty and I found out that this FTP server is badly misconfigured and has actually the same troubles with diverent OS's, but without errors and therefore nobody has recognized it.
