Expected behaviour:

  • @CompSciGuy, Did you log in MultCloud via Google? Where did you get the page ( https://www.multcloud.com/api/user/callback) in?
  • I am encountering the same error. Logging into multicloud via google.

    Whitelabel Error Page

This application has no explicit mapping for /error, so you are seeing this as a fallback.

There was an unexpected error (type=Internal Server Error, status=500).
  • @Mauten, We have tested there are no issues on google login. Please try to change a browser or use no trace Mode Window to access and log in MultCloud again.
  • I'm also getting this error, unable to log in on Edge, Firefox or chrome, I signed up through a Google account.

Likewise for me, tested with multiple browsers and cleared all cookies but still cannot login no matter what I try.😟
Also tested through 'incognito' but still no joy.
    What's going on ?
  • @LukeWarm, Please try to log in your account again.
  • Still no luck, can't login under any conditions or attempts.
Double checked all my information and passwords but no joy I'm afraid. 😟
  • Ok I finally got in, I ended up resetting me password once again and this time I had success. 👍
Not sure what the problem was yesterday because I reset my password also but had no luck.
Anyway all is well, thanks for taking the time to reply.
