Bug Report: Mixed case duplicates cause "An item with the same name already exists under the parent"

Scenario:

Transfer a structure like this from Google Drive to One Drive:
 - Attachments
  - John Smith
  - john smith

Observed behaviour:
Observe error in logs: "An item with the same name already exists under the parent"

Expected behaviour:
Case sensitivity is preserved, and both folders are transferred successfully
Alternatively, an option is given to resolve the conflict if e.g. the destination does not support case sensitivity (not sure for OneDrive) - e.g. merging, skipping, renaming, etc.
