Amazon S3 to Wasabi S3 bucket FAILING. Need help or will get a refund.

Connected to both our Amazon S3 bucket and Wasabi S3 bucket.  Both list files correctly. Both connected. 

When attempting to Cloud Transfer files, it just sits on "Counting Files" and fails. 

Tried 3 times. Anything we can do, or do we just refund?
