Muttcloud transfer stuck

My Mutt Cloud Transfer 002 from dropbox to one drive has been stuck at 98 percent for 3 hours and the transfer rate is at 0. Please Help

    i just received the error of: Partial Success.

    @Wendkate, Please try to run your transfer task again. If it still is Partial Success or failure, please email the support team to check the failed logs further.
