Transfer from google drive to onedrive

Trying to transfer a 30gb zip file to my onedrive however it’s stuck at 0%. Both clouds have enough storage and I’ve tried adding and removing both of them. When clicking on a specific folder on onedrive through multicloud it says “please re-add and try again” thought that might be a clue to the issue but can’t tell.

    @Haarism03, After you added Goole Drive and Onedrive, could you access their directories? or only the specific folder can't be accessed. And, did you transfer from Google drive to the specific folder of Onedrive?
