400 Error | Shared Drive Data Migration

Getting this issue while transferring data from Shared drive A to Shared drive B. Even also getting error if i'm sharing within same shared drive.

400 Bad Request

POST https://oauth2.googIeapis.com/token

}

the permission which i have for that shared drive
shared drive A : Content Manager
shared drive B : Manager

do we have any idea what would be this issue and how we can fix this ?
