Hi. I dont know how many times i am here. Today i want to report about a bug i found. I have purchased Unlimited Plan few years ago. Not to mentioned about transfer speed which I have already reported few times in the past, aside from customer services that keep asking for apology, one after another problem arise regarding your services.

As you can see in the screenshot after reaching 98 percent transfer progress, suddenly this problem appear (Cancel button instead of displaying status -- see attachment). I have cancel and re-run same task again until I have lost counted how many times I have re run it, same thing happen. I really disappointed in your services =(
