iPhone app sign up

I downloaded the MultCloud app and sign up for unlimited for a year though the app. It went though my credit card but it still showing free plan in the app. When I click restore purchase I get “ your active purchases have already been restored”. I check the website I’m free plan there as well. How do I go about getting a unlimited plan?
