What do the numbers in "Data Processed" mean?

What do the numbers refer to? Data Processed: 24.62MB/23.8GB

Here is my guess: Out of a total of 23.8 gigabytes (files) contained in both of my cloud drives (OneDrive & Google Drive), 24.62 megabytes were added or updated. 

Did I guess correctly?

    @Mdwpsyd, Yes. You can click "...failed files" to check failed files list and reason. You can take a screenshot to us.
