Files Not Showing In Google Workspace, But Showing In MultCloud

I did a transfer from a personal Google Drive to my business Google Workspace Drive.  It says that it is complete.  
When I go to my Google Workspace Drive, the folders are showing, but no files are there.
When I look at the Google Workspace Drive within MultCloud, the files are showing.
How do I get all of my files to show up in the Google Workspace Drive itself?

    @Melyndasb, Please re-login to your Google Workspace to check again. And, if it still is the same situation, could you take screenshots so that we check the problem situation further?
