Transfer Entire OneDrive

What's the best way to transfer my entire OneDrive to GoogleDrive? When I check all folders and drag & drop it only transfers a couple and stops.

Also - do I need to have my PC logged on or will that transfer continue in the background if I shut off?

    No matter what I drag over from Onedrive to Google Drive, it only copies one file then quits...
