Does transfer between clouds pick up from where it left off when monthly Limit is reached?

I'm transferring data from Dropbox to Google drive with a 200G monthly plan
This month ive used up 200G but still have more to data to transfer.
My question is : Next month will my transfer have to start from the beginning or will it start from where it left off?

@Dlabandter, You need to re-run the task. Generally, it will skip transferred files.
