Syncing 2 x OneDrive for Business accounts

I am trying to sync/copy folders between to different OneDrive for Business personal accounts.  The logs indicate all the files are scanned/counted but no data is copied.  Any suggestions?

    @AndrewFW, Did you mean that it doesn't start the sync? Only stuck in scanning/counting files？
    Or, the sync has been completed, but no data is synced to the destination?
