Google Photos only showing recent

I have two google accounts, and hoping to use MultCloud to sort out photos and files from the 'main account' (work) into my secondary (personal) account... when i try to view photos in my work account, it only displays back to sept'19, yet going in to actual google photos shows all my photos back to 2011.
my personal account doesnt have a huge amount in there, but MultCloud seems to correctly show the entire collection back to 2009

any thoughts why MultCloud is only going back to 2019 on one account only?? is there a limit to the number of files viewable??

    @Rob166, Could you try to re-add the work account and check again? If it still get the same situation, could you take some screenshots so that we check the problem further?
