Google Drive > DropBox Naming Convention Adds a Number

Hey All,

I am trying to push a google drive spreadsheet to my dropbox account but when I do it doesn't overwrite the old file, it names it the same filename but now it places a number at the end, acting like its a duplicated file.  For example filename(2).xls


I even selected the option to overwrite the file each transfer.  How do I fix this?
