Data Transfer Limit

I see that there's a 10 TB transfer limit. Is this monthly or total?

    Can I get help on this? I need to know whether we'll need to upgrade in the near future.


    Montly, we wouldn't even use 200 GB. But if it's a one-time amount that we're given with a free account, then I really need to know.
