Backing up google fotos to google drive

When I backed up my google photos it put my albums from google fotos also on my google drive not as a like like in google foto but a copy of the photos which takes uo so much more space. Can I delete the album on google drive and still sync properly?

    Hello Sampid,
    You can use MultCloud to transfer or sync from Google Photos to Google drive. It will transfer data of google photos to MyDrive of Google drive.
