I would like to see how this company would go about transferring all my data from one Google education account to Google one personal business account. I am looking for examples of the process and the time it would take. Would it be a clean transfer? Does it bypass google takeout. Thanks for any help.

Do you want to transfer 17tb data from Gsuite to google drive? MultCloud doesn't use the google takeout.
You can create a free MultCloud account to transfer part data to test.
For your 17tb data, it might need to take a long time to transfer.
