Google Photos Total Number counts and Multi-Cloud total Numbers

Hi There!

When I look on google photos

 

I see that I have

 

76,261 photos

(76,249 sign-in required, 0 unlisted, 12 public)

 

4,814 albums

(4,804 sign-in required, 0 unlisted, 10 public)

 

Most recent:

2020/11/11

on November 11

 

 

but when I look on multi-cloud sync.

It shows that its is syncing:

 

Photos – 52394

Albums: 21937

 

Why doesn’t the total number of photo match up with google?
