Can I add someone folder without loggin to they Mega Account?

I need to copy someone's Mega folder to my OneDrive Cloud, i dont have acces to they account, it is possible? 
I have acces to the folder.

    "I have acces to the folder."--How did you access the folder? Did is it a shared link?

    MultCloud supports uploading files from a download link to cloud drive.
